Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided through App and related interfaces. By purchasing, activating, installing, or using any service provided in the App and related interfaces, the Customer fully agrees to these Terms. If the Customer disagrees with any part of these Terms, they must refrain from using the services.
1. Parties and Definitions
1.1. Provider — BelleDev, IE (identification number: 345809654, legal address: Georgia, Batumi city, Tbel Abuseridze street, N38, apartment N63), who owns and operates the App and related interfaces and provides the digital products and support described in these Terms.
1.2. Customer — any person purchasing, activating, installing, or using any service from the Provider.
1.3. eSIM — a digital mobile-data-only eSIM profile.
It does not include voice calls, SMS, or a phone number. The Provider does not sell phone-number-capable eSIMs.
1.4. Activation — an action that makes the eSIM active. Activation conditions differ by product and may occur at installation or at first connection, as specified for each eSIM.
1.5. Device — the Customer’s mobile device on which an eSIM is installed.
1.6. Additional Bundle — a data package purchased by the Customer for an eSIM previously obtained from the Provider.
1.7. App and related interfaces, simcard.tg — all Provider-owned interfaces used to sell and deliver services, including:

1.8. Partner — third-party service providers and suppliers integrated by the Provider, at the Provider’s discretion, in order to supply eSIM services.
1.9. Service / Services — the set of services provided by the Provider to the Customer as defined in Section 7.
2. Nature of Provider’s Business
2.1. The Provider is not a mobile operator, mobile network operator, telecommunications carrier, or licensed mobile service provider.
2.2. The Provider does not own any telecommunications infrastructure and acts solely as a reseller of eSIM services supplied by third-party Partners.
2.3. The Provider may freely select and change Partners at any moment without any obligation to notify Customers.
3. Scope of Services Provided
The Provider offers the following Services:
3.1. eSIM Provision
• Upon receiving payment, the Provider delivers an eSIM to the Customer.
• The Service is considered fully rendered once the Customer receives the eSIM and has the ability to activate it via QR-code, link, button, or other available means.
3.2. Additional Bundle Provision
• The Provider supplies additional data bundles for an already purchased eSIM.
• This Service is considered fully rendered once the Customer receives visual confirmation that the bundle was successfully applied.
3.3. Exclusions
• The Provider does not provide mobile communication services (data, voice, SMS, etc.).• The Provider does not provide VPN services.
• The Customer must be physically present in the region supported by the selected eSIM for it to function.
• Any services pertaining to a specific eSIM are considered fully rendered if Customer cancelled eSIM and received full refund.
4. Connectivity, Coverage & Performance Disclaimer
4.1. The Provider is not responsible for:
• connectivity issues,
• network availability or unavailability,
• speed or quality of mobile data,
• roaming performance,
• interruptions, outages, or degradation of service.
4.2. These aspects depend entirely on the telecommunications operators (Partner networks) and are outside the Provider’s control.
4.3. The Provider will make reasonable efforts to assist the Customer with troubleshooting but provides no guarantees of connectivity, coverage, speed, or availability.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1. Device Compatibility
The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring device compatibility with eSIM technology and with the specific eSIM purchased.
5.2. Legality of Use
The Customer must use the eSIM in compliance with local laws. The Provider has no visibility into, and cannot be deemed responsible for, the Customer’s actual use of the eSIM.
5.3. Accurate Information
The Customer must not provide incorrect information, mislead support staff, or abuse support services.
5.4. Understanding of Terms
By purchasing or using the Services, the Customer confirms that every point of these Terms is clear to them.
6. Personal Data Handling
6.1. The Provider handles Customer personal data with reasonable care necessary for operating the App and related interfaces and delivering Services.
6.2. The Provider may use third-party hosting providers and infrastructure.
The Provider is not responsible for physical incidents affecting those servers (e.g., data-center failures).
6.3. The Provider will not share personal data with Partners except with the Customer’s explicit agreement.
6.4. Partners may automatically receive impersonal technical information (e.g., that an eSIM was ordered or the general type/model of Device), as required for eSIM operation. This information is generated by the supply chain and is not data the Provider transmits manually.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
7.1. eSIM Purchases
• Cancellation and a full refund are possible only until the eSIM is activated.• Once activated (whether at installation or at first connection, depending on product specifications), the eSIM is non-refundable.
7.2. Additional Bundles
• Additional bundles cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances once delivered.
8. Service Quality
8.1. The Provider will make reasonable effort to assist and guide the Customer so that the Services function according to generally accepted standards.
8.2. The Customer acknowledges that certain aspects of the Service depend on Partners and cannot be influenced by the Provider.
9. Partner Selection
9.1. The Customer accepts that the Provider may select, replace, or modify Partners at the Provider’s discretion without notice.
10. Support
10.1. The Customer has the right to contact support regarding any reasonable questions or issues related to the Services.
10.2. Support interactions must be conducted respectfully and without abuse.

10.4. If resolution of an issue requires sharing Customer personal data with Partners, this is done only with Customer approval.
10.5. The Customer acknowledges that certain information becomes unverifiable after an eSIM expires and must therefore report issues before expiration whenever possible
11. Force Majeure
The Provider is not liable for failure to provide the Services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• power outages,
• data-center failures,
• server hardware failures,
• denial-of-service attacks,
• internet backbone disruptions,
• natural disasters,
• war, civil unrest, strikes,
• governmental restrictions or regulatory changes,
• acts of third-party telecommunications operators.
If such circumstances prevent or delay the provision of Services, the Provider bears no responsibility for resulting losses.
12. Acceptance of Terms
12.1. By purchasing, activating, installing, or using any Service from the Provider, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.
12.2. If the Customer disagrees with any clause, they must not use the Services.
