This Privacy Policy explains how simcard.tg – "Provider", "we", "our" (BelleDev, IE, identification number: 345809654, legal address: Georgia, Batumi city, Tbel Abuseridze street, N38, apartment N63) – collects, processes, and stores information when the Customer ("you") uses the simcard.tg App and its related interfaces.

By using the App, website, bot, or any related service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Data Automatically Received

When you interact with simcard.tg through Telegram or Telegram Mini Apps, Telegram may send certain information to the App as permitted under the Telegram Terms of Service for Mini Apps. This data is automatically provided by Telegram, not requested explicitly by simcard.tg.

The following information may be received:

1. Telegram User ID — used solely to uniquely identify you inside the App.

2. IETF Language Tag — used to display the App interface in your preferred language. 3. Public Telegram Name (if set).

4. Public Profile Photo (if set and allowed by your privacy settings).

5. @username (if set).

6. Other public Telegram account data as allowed under Terms of Service for Mini Apps.

simcard.tg does not control which public fields Telegram decides to share; it only receives what Telegram sends by default for Mini Apps.

Being a web-service, simcard.tg does naturally receive your IP address when you launch the application. It is processed by us as one of mechanisms to prevent abuse (such as denial-of-service or other attacks), to detect bots and collect depersonalized statistics.

2. Data the App Does Not Collect

simcard.tg does not request, collect, or process any of the following types of personal data unless you explicitly provide it for support purposes:

• Email address
• Real name or legal name
• Phone number
• Passport or identity documents
• Residential or billing address
• Payment information
• Any contact details
• Location data
• Sensitive personal data of any kind

The App is intentionally designed to operate without requiring additional personal information beyond the public data already exposed by Telegram.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

The limited information received from Telegram is used exclusively for:

• Identifying you within the application and related interfaces
• Displaying localized content based on your language
• Enabling application and related interfaces functionality linked to your Telegram account• Providing support when you contact us

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

simcard.tg does not share any of your personal data with eSIM partners, operators, or any third parties unless:

• It is necessary to resolve a support or technical issue and you have explicitly agreed to the data being shared, or
• Required by law.

Some impersonal technical data (such as device model or confirmation that an eSIM was ordered) may be automatically transmitted to eSIM partners as required for eSIM functionality — but this is not personal data provided by simcard.tg.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Provider uses third-party hosting services to operate the App.

• Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to secure data.

• Provider is not responsible for physical damage, outages, or incidents affecting remote servers.

We retain only the minimal data required for service operation and delete data when it is no longer needed.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
